The community of Koti suffers from poor political representation. Elected officials are reckless and corrupt, resulting in a lack of government presence in the village. The community schools are dilapidated, roads are potholed, bridges are in disrepair, and there’s no access to clean drinking water – nothing seems to be working.
Thomas, dissatisfied with the current state of affairs, decides to run for councillorship to bring about change in his community. However, he’s faced with a significant obstacle: lack of financial resources. When he learns that his friend Tyôver from Lagos has arrived in the village for his brother’s funeral, Thomas approaches him for assistance. Tyôver takes Thomas to Lagos to seek funding for his political ambitions.
Yet, Thomas’s personal life poses another challenge. He’s known for womanizing and excessive drinking. Can he overcome his flaws and achieve his mandate?

Good story well done
